Mel is an Executive Leader with over 15 years of experience in community engagement, communications and service design, across the government, not-for-profit and corporate sectors.
Renowned for delivering exceptional client experiences and digital engagement, Mel excels at developing customer experience models and strategies that yield positive long-term outcomes. A finalist for the Women in Digital Indigenous Leadership Award and a current IAP2 Board Member, Mel is passionate about authentic engagement, digital transformation and social licensing.
Since 2017, she has enhanced the digital competencies of over 300 organisations. Notably, she implemented the first Braille ballot paper for the 2009 Queensland State General Election, advocating for minority groups and ensuring inclusive access to programs and planning.
