Capire and Infrastructure Victoria worked collaboratively over five months to design a deliberative engagement program to test the community’s appetite around a transition to zero-emissions vehicles.

In 2021, Infrastructure Victoria released an update to its 30-year infrastructure strategy for public consultation. To decrease emissions in the transport sector, the strategy recommended accelerating the uptake of low and zero emission vehicles (ZEVs). Capire was engaged to design and deliver a deliberative engagement program and capture community feedback on what the government could do to encourage them to make the switch to ZEVs.
