Wednesday, 7 June 2023

Co-Founder, Chris Robinson, will be stepping down from his roles as Director and Chair of Capire effective 1 July 2023. Chris’s decision comes after 16 years of successfully guiding the company to become a sustainable and highly regarded community engagement consultancy.

Expressing his confidence in the changes, Chris stated, “I am thrilled to be passing the baton to the capable hands of the team at Capire and am committed to supporting the company during this transition process.”

Chris further commended Capire’s growth and achievements. “From our humble beginnings during the Global Financial Crisis, Capire has evolved into an internationally awarded B-Corporation. We are a highly professional consultancy with a talented leadership team, dedicated consultants, and a culture that fosters inclusivity and positivity. I look forward to seeing how far it grows.”

Chris also extended his gratitude to Capire’s clients, acknowledging their trust and collaboration over the years. “I would like to extend my personal appreciation to our valued clients who have entrusted me with their challenging projects, and I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside you, sometimes in the most difficult of circumstances.”

Following Chris’s departure, Capire will continue to be led by Co-founder and incoming Board Chair Amy Hubbard, and Directors Sandra Jerkovic and Mollie Rashleigh. Chris will become a minor shareholder and will provide occasional support as a special advisor.
