One of the benefits of supporting projects nationally is that we can back our people when they are ready for a sea change. From January 2027, Senior Associate Denise Francisco will join our Queensland team, working alongside Client Executive Mel Hagedorn and Senior Consultant Erin Searle.
Denise has been with Capire for more than 10 years, delivering a wide range of projects across the country. She has worked on Victoria’s level crossing removals, numerous strategic community and housing master plans, local government deliberative engagement, and health planning, among many other projects.
Denise is already contributing to Queensland projects and recently travelled to the Sunshine State to see where her new home might take her. While she was there, she met project partners from Realm Studios, along with fellow RSK Australia businesses Extent Heritage, CGC and Adenco.

She also spent time with Mel and Erin at RSK Australia’s new Brisbane office, in the Greenhouse building at West Village. Denise is looking forward to this next chapter, and to becoming a Queenslander.
We are also excited for the upcoming Engagement Institute conference in Brisbane on 27–29 October, where Denise, Erin, Amy, Sandra, Caz and Emily will be glad to talk engagement with you.
If you have a project coming up, or you would like to shape your engagement approach, get in touch – email [email protected].
