Capire worked in partnership with Homes Victoria to plan and deliver the summit, provide advice on best practice engagement and guide them on the development of an agenda that was both interactive and informative. Capire ran briefings with keynote speakers and presenters, giving them a clear overview of the Summit including how the event would run. The Capire team also facilitated four breakout sessions and presented on a panel regarding overcoming barriers to engagement in regional areas.
Approximately 170 people attended in person from across Victoria, particularly from regional and rural locations. Attendees commented that the Summit was informative and provided an important opportunity to connect with others across regions facing similar challenges.
Capire provided Homes Victoria with an engagement report including an overview of the process of planning and delivering the Summit, as well as key themes that emerged from discussions on the day.
